We look forward to serving you at White Rose Bar & Grill. White Rose Bar & Grill is a first come, first serve restaurant. We do not accept call-ahead seating or reservations.

If you have a large party and want to dine with us during the following times, please make arrangements for reservations with a manager on duty:

• Monday–Friday, 1:30 to 3 p.m.

• Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

We request that your group gathering conclude by 4:30 p.m. Monday–Friday and 4 p.m. on Saturday so that we may prepare our dining areas for dinner service.

Large parties must have a minimum of 20 people. Our event spaces are available based upon estimated group attendance. We allow you to choose from among several luncheon selections.

Please note that during holidays and other large public events taking place in downtown York, we may not be able to accommodate reservation requests for large groups. 

Events can be booked on the patio area outside of our Philadelphia Street bar from 11 a.m. through 7 p.m. for consecutive two-hour time blocks (such as 4–6 and 5–7 p.m.). We request a minimum party size of 15 people (maximum 35 guests). At the conclusion of this two-hour time block, the patio area will reopen to the public. Please contact us to review available appetizer and bar options and pricing.

You may make business lunch reservations for parties of 10 people or fewer, Monday through Friday, with start times beginning at either 11 or 11:30 a.m. All members of your party must be present to be seated.
